1. We require full payment before we can dispatch the drilling team.
2. The survey and drilling will be done on the same day, and our promise to you is that if we can't find you water, we will refund you immediately.
3. Please notify us on time if there are any restrictions so that we know which drilling machine to come with.
4. If you pay for a borehole with a depth of 70 meters and we find water at 60 meters, we will issue a refund for the difference. You only pay for the actual depth drilled to access water.
5. If you pay for a depth of 70 meters and we do not find water after drilling to that depth, we will continue drilling until water is located.
Any additional drilling beyond the invoiced depth will be charged at R280 per meter, and this additional cost will be due on the same day.
(To avoid unexpected additional charges, we recommend selecting a higher drilling depth from the start. If water is found before reaching the full depth, you will be refunded for the unused portion. This approach ensures a seamless experience and cost predictability.)
6. At Borehole Drill, our promise is simple: if we cannot find water after exhausting all efforts, we will refund your money in full. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.
